Zucchini Capellini

I love zucchini and tomatoes, the kids love veggie sausages, we all love pasta. Hey, everybody's happy here!
I normally sautee in broth or water. But this day, I was looking for that familiar taste, so I sauteed lots of garlic and tomatoes in olive oil. Then followed the sausages and green bell pepper. Zucchini (which seems to sneak in everything I make!) and cooked capellini joined the happy club only after the heat was turned off.

Looks yummy! I really need to get some Zuc's...haven't had them in a while...a few weeks ago I had some out of the can, but, I'm sure you know that isn't the same!
:)
this looks so delicious. do you have any recipes for stir-fry sauces ? i'm always looking for new ones.
Hi, Liz!
Sorry, I guess I never had the patience in following stir-fry recipes, but my basic would be garlic, ginger, equal amt. of soy sauce and rice wine vinegar, a little sweetener, green onions and when I feel like it- drizzle of sesame oil.
