I'm still hungry!

Lunch of kale sauteed in garlic, with soy sauce and lemon juice
(I dare not mess with Aliyah's favorite, so I cooked it by itself!)
stir-fry of snow peas, red bell pepper, mushrooms, zucchini, soy sauce and fresh lemon juice
and brown rice.
Simple, yet very satisfying. The taste of spring.

I thought a skilletful of Pancit (noodles) for dinner would be sufficient, but the whole family had a big appetite and everyone loved this dish so check out the second skilletful that I had to whipped together while the children patiently sat at the table and played with daddy. Same noodles but different veggies.
No complains. I love when everyone has this big of an appetite!

Aliyah's plate... isn't she sweet?

What a cutie! How old is Aliyah?

Made me think of the other day at work -- the kidlets were busy nibbling their pretzels into different letters. (B, P, X, and O were discoveries.) Snack lasted a LONG time that day, but boy did we have fun!

Hi, Sarah. I got these (mung bean thread) noodles from the asian market. I'm enjoying your new blog, btw:)

Catherine, Aliyah is almost 9.

And to everyone, thanks for all the nice comments.

I have to try that with my kale. That is one green that I have trouble eating....maybe because I always eat it raw.

Very sweet noodle message! If I were there, you'd need to make a 3rd skilletful of the noodles! They look amazing.
